Terms of Use

Effective 20 October 2026. These terms apply to the Suprabhatam Android app and the website suprabhatam.suhi.app, run by Suhi.app ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Using Suprabhatam

Suprabhatam is free. You can make greeting images with our designs and your own name and photo, save them, and share them with family and friends.

Our designs

The backgrounds, layouts and greeting texts are made by us or licensed to us. You may use them in greetings for personal, non-commercial sharing. Please do not sell them, put them in another app or website, or remove the small Suprabhatam mark and link from shared images.

Some designs may be made with the help of AI tools. Those designs show a small "AI" label in the app.

Your name and photo

You are responsible for what you add to a greeting. Only use a photo that you have the right to use — normally a photo of yourself — and do not add anything abusive, misleading or unlawful. Your name and photo stay on your phone; see our Privacy Policy.

Sponsored content

Some items are sponsored by businesses and are always labelled "Sponsored" or "Advertisement". Offers, products and services from sponsors are their responsibility, not ours. When you tap a sponsored item you leave Suprabhatam, and the sponsor's own terms apply.

Festival dates and texts

We try hard to get festival dates and greetings right, but some festivals follow the lunar or solar calendar and their dates can differ by region or by a day. Please check with your local calendar for anything important.

No guarantee

We provide the app "as is". We will do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the app.

Changes and stopping

We may change the app or these terms. If the terms change in an important way, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
